A. VERTICAL PRESSURE FILTERS OF BIG FILTRATION AREAS
Vertical pressure filters of big filtration areas are designed and produced on the basis of the instructions given by the Buyer. While ordering we need to have the following information:
- the maximum permissible pressure PS (bar), the maximum / minimum permissible temperature TS (°C)
- height of the cylindrical part (the height of filter bed filling)
- type of filtration system (lateral, plate), work A, B, C, D
- size, amount and placing of the connectors (jacket, heads)
- size and amount of revisory and filling manholes
- way of anticorrosion protection (set of paints for external and internal painting)
The constructional rule is identical as in filters FCP (see the card F-1.0 and F-2.0)
| Nominal diameter DN [mm] | Filter surface P [m²] |
|---|---|
| 2500 | 4,90 |
| 2600 | 5,30 |
| 2700 | 5,70 |
| 2800 | 6,15 |
| 2900 | 6,60 |
| 3000 | 7,06 |
| 3200 | 8,00 |
| 3400 | 9,07 |
B. VERTICAL BISECTIONAL PRESSURE FILTERS
They are designed and produced on the basis of individual instructions given by the Buyer. While ordering we need to have the following information:
- height of the cylindrical part (the height of the filter bed filling for each section)
- type of filtration system (lateral, plate)
- size, amount and placing of the connectors (jacket, heads)
- size and amount of revisory and filling manholes
The constructional rule is identical as in filters FCP (see the card F-1.0 and F-2.0)
| Nominal diameter DN [mm] | Filter surface P [m²] |
|---|---|
| 2000 | 6,28 |
| 2100 | 6,92 |
| 2200 | 7,60 |
| 2400 | 9,04 |
| 2600 | 10,60 |
| 2800 | 12,30 |
| 3000 | 14,12 |
| 3200 | 16,00 |
| 3400 | 18,14 |
C. HORIZONTAL PRESSURE FILTERS
They are designed and produced on the basis of individual instructions given by the Buyer. Series of filter types is executed on the following diameters: DN 2400, 2600, 2800, 3000. While ordering we need to have the following information:
- the filtration area P in m²
- type of filtration system (lateral, plate)
- size, amount and placing of the connectors (jacket, heads)
- size and amount of revisory and filling manholes
The constructional rule is identical as in filters FCP (see the card F-1.0 and F-2.0)
NOTE!
- Filters FCP are subjected to the instruction 97/23/WE (PED). In accordance with it and its guidelines they are included to devices produced consistent with engineering practice. In particular cases filters are given the CE sign.
- For our filters we have the PZH certificate which allows contact with drinking water.
