USE

Hydrophore sets are to raise water pressure value in water, supply systems and water-pipe netwessels. Hydrophore sets find very broad application in such objects to:

  1. comunal and rural underground and superficial water intates,
  2. intermediate pumping stations,
  3. public utility objects and apartment buildings,
  4. flowable technological systems,
  5. etc.

HYDROPHORE SETS CONSTRUCTION

Hydrophore sets manufactured by P.W. KOTŁOREMBUD are produced using vertical multistage impellel pumps of different types, depending on the Buyers' requrements (from pumps produced in ourcountry to pomps type CR prooduced by Grundfos).

The whole hydrophore set is assembled on galvanized steel supporting structures. The supporting structure additionally has rubber shock absorbers.

Water technological system of the set is equipped in correctly matched (depending on the set size) fittings. Hydrophore set is equipped in self-contained control desk, where the electronical systems is placed. If there is such a need the control desk can be assembled separately or together with the hydrophore set on a common construction.

SET SIZE SELECTION

Because of very big diversyfication of hydrophore sets working conditions, the manufacturer selects each time the set for indyvidual use case.

When asking about a hydrophore set we need to know:

  • maximum wather requirement
  • minimum and maximum pressure value at set's outlet
  • information about set's source of power
  • additional reqirements concerning the control system (type of control)

P.W. KOTŁOREMBUD provides permanent guarantee and afterguarantee service. Each hydrophore set is supplied with Technical Documentation with Service Manual.

Switching on the hydrophore set of the installation and its regulation can be done by the manufacturer
